1st day of school!

Jackson and Caroline both have started school! Jackson is in 1st grade and Caroline is in four year old preschool. They were both very excited, and so was I! Jackson says 1st grade is a lot different than Kindergarten, mostly because now he has homework!!

Family Beach Pictures

Steve's brother Greg and his wife Jessica have been in town for the last ten days. We've had so much fun with them. We all went down to the beach to take some family pictures.

Happy Birthday Samantha

It was so fun to have Samantha's grandparents from Utah with us for her birthday. She loved every second of her party and was so excited to finally have a turn to blow out her candles! She got a new tricycle, a mermaid doll, and Dora doll, new bedding, and a Barbie that sings from her sister Caroline. Lucky Girl!

Make up time

I went into the bathroom the other morning and this is what I found. I had visions of the future...!

Samantha's favorite spot is right on the counter next to me. She wants to be right there by me all the time to make sure she isn't left out of anything. She is at a very clingy stage right now (I hope it is a stage)- but I don't mind because she makes me smile!

We often found Caroline asleep in very random places throughout the Lake Powell trip. The kids played so much every day they were asking to go to bed!

Lake Powell

Well, I've finally gotten around to putting up some Lake Powell pictures. We have had a lot of family in town and we have been busy! We had a great time at Lake Powell, and the kids are still talking about it.
